Conditions for Providing Online Securities Trading Services
Based on Article 201 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP stipulating the conditions for providing online securities trading services by securities companies as follows:
Being a member of the Stock Exchange and approved by the Board of Directors or the Board of Members or the owner of the securities company to provide online trading services.
Having personnel for system operation, having a trading system, technical solutions to ensure system security, a backup data storage system, and incident recovery according to the guidance of the Ministry of Finance.
Meeting the conditions stipulated in clause 2, Article 200 of this Decree;
Directly providing online securities trading services to investors.
