Conditions for Establishing Branches, Subsidiaries, and Representative Offices of Securities Companies Abroad?
Based on Article 195 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP stipulated as follows:
Meet the conditions specified at points a, b, c clause 2 Article 190 of this Decree.
Have a plan to establish a branch, subsidiary, or representative office abroad approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Members, or the company owner.
Ensure compliance with financial safety regulations after deducting the capital allocated to branches, subsidiaries, and the costs of establishing representative offices abroad.
Ensure the maintenance of owner's equity after deducting the capital allocated to branches, subsidiaries, and the costs of establishing representative offices abroad must be greater than the minimum charter capital as specified in Article 175 of this Decree.
