According to Clause 29, Article 2 of Circular 98/2020/TT-BTC, the content is regulated as follows:
The charter capital of the fund and the charter capital of the securities investment company is the contributed capital of the investors and shareholders and is recorded in the charter of the closed-end fund, member fund, and the charter of the securities investment company or is the capital raised during the initial public offering of open-end fund certificates.
