Application for Voluntary Delisting
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 121 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP stipulating the application dossier for voluntary delisting as follows:
- Application for voluntary delisting as per Form No. 32 in the Appendix issued together with this Decree;
- Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders (for cases of delisting shares), the Investors' General Meeting (for cases of delisting fund certificates), or the Board of Directors (for cases of delisting covered warrants) approving the voluntary delisting;
- Plan for resolving shareholders' rights after voluntary delisting that has been approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders (for cases of delisting shares).
