Working Relationships between the District People's Committee and the District Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and Socio-Political Organizations in the District of Da Nang City
Based on Article 12 of Decree 34/2021/ND-CP, provisions regarding the working relationship of the District People's Committee with the District Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and socio-political organizations in districts are as follows:
Implement according to the working regulations of the District People's Committee with the District Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and socio-political organizations in the district and perform the following tasks:
The District People's Committee is under the leadership of the District Party Committee and reports to the District Party Committee on the implementation of tasks assigned by the Danang City People's Committee and the Chairman of the Danang City People's Committee.
The District People's Committee closely coordinates with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations in the district in performing tasks as prescribed.
