Working Relationship Between the Ward President and the Neighborhood Group in Da Nang City
Based on Article 25 of Decree 34/2021/ND-CP, the working relationship between the Ward President and Neighborhood Groups in Da Nang City is stipulated as follows:
The Ward President must promptly inform the Neighborhood Groups about the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party and the State, the administrative documents and directives of higher-level state agencies and the Ward People's Committee for implementation; inspect the implementation of the Party's guidelines and the State's legal policies within the locality; promote the people's ownership rights, effectively implement the regulations on democracy in the ward, and the self-management activities of the Neighborhood Groups.
The Ward President assigns ward officials to be responsible for, direct and understand the situation in the Neighborhood Groups. Every month, the ward officials assigned to work with the Head of the Neighborhood Groups under their purview or directly attend the meetings of the Neighborhood Groups to listen to the situation reports, petitions, and address the people's complaints in accordance with the law.
