Working Relationship Between the District People's Committee and the People's Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City
Pursuant to Article 12 of Decree 33/2021/ND-CP, the provisions are as follows:
The District Chairman is under the leadership and direct command of the People's Committee and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. When encountering issues beyond his/her authority, the District Chairman must report and seek directives from the People's Committee and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; and make reports to the People's Committee and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City as required.
The District People's Committee and the specialized agencies of the District People's Committee shall comply with the inspections conducted by the People's Committee, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and the specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City in the performance of their duties.
