Working Relations of the People's Committee, Chairman of the Ward with the People's Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the District, District-level Town in Hanoi City

Based on Article 14 of Decree 32/2021/ND-CP which stipulates the working relationships of the ward People's Committee, the ward Chairman with the district People's Committee, district Chairman, district-level town and specialized agencies under the district People's Committee, district-level town in Hanoi city as follows:

1. The ward Chairman is under the direct leadership and guidance of the district People's Committee, district Chairman, district-level town. When encountering issues beyond authority, the ward Chairman must report and seek directives from the district People's Committee, district Chairman, district-level town; implement policies and report to the district People's Committee, district Chairman, district-level town as regulated.

2. The ward People's Committee complies with the inspection, maintains close contact, and adheres to the professional guidance of the specialized agencies under the district People's Committee, district-level town in performing tasks within the ward.
