Who is Recommended for Disciplinary Action in National Defense?
Section 2, Article 41 of Circular 16/2020/TT-BQP stipulates as follows:
- The collective of the agency or unit shall analyze and criticize, comment on the violation and propose disciplinary actions. If the violator is absent, based on the verification report, the violation dossier, and the violative behavior, the collective of the agency or unit shall organize a meeting to analyze, criticize, comment, and propose disciplinary actions.
Thus, the collective of the agency or unit may propose disciplinary actions in national defense.
