Who is Eligible for Official Selection?

At Article 10 of Decree 138/2020/ND-CP, there are provisions on conditions to determine the successful recruitment of officials. The provisions include:

- Recruitment of officials through selection method is decided by the competent authority responsible for recruitment of officials and carried out separately for the following groups:

+ Individuals who commit to volunteer work for 05 years or more in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions;

+ Individuals who are enrolled under the policy of being nominated as regulated by the Education Law, and after graduation, return to work at the locality where they were nominated;

+ Graduates with outstanding achievements, young talented scientists.

- Recruitment for the group specified at point c, clause 1 of this Article is carried out according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam on policies to attract and create sources of officials from outstanding graduates and young science officers.
