Which authority will register the seal design for the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam?
Based on Clause 1a Article 12 of Decree 99/2016/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:
The Department of Administrative Management on Social Order, General Department of Police, Ministry of Public Security is responsible for registering seal specimens; issuing, replacing, and reissuing seal specimen registration certificates for governmental agencies, organizations, and state titles, including:
The President, the Chairman of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, and the Secretary-General of the National Assembly.
The aforementioned are the authorities responsible for registering the seal specimen for the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
