b) Verification of records and issuance of digital certificates to organizations providing public digital signature and electronic authentication services, timestamp issuance and other services in accordance with the transaction law. electronic;

c) Operate and maintain a technical system to manage the operation of organizations providing public digital signature and electronic authentication services, timestamp issuance services and other services according to regulations. regulations on electronic transactions, specialized digital signatures, foreign digital signature certification service providers recognized in Vietnam, list of foreign digital certificates accepted in Vietnam and in international transactions, information about subscribers who are licensed to use foreign digital certificates accepted in Vietnam to serve the state management of trusted services and signature authentication services;

d) Build, manage, operate and maintain the operation of the electronic authentication system, time stamp service management system and technical systems as prescribed by law and as assigned by the Ministry;

dd) Organize and manage digital certificates of public digital signature certification service providers, timestamp service providers, and other service providers in accordance with law on electronic transactions;

e) Manage the connection of organizations providing public digital signature authentication services, electronic signatures and foreign electronic signature authentication are recognized to ensure the checking of digital signatures and signatures. electronic;

g) Examine activities related to digital signature and electronic authentication services, timestamp issuance services and other services in accordance with the law on electronic transactions of service providers. services and organizations using private electronic signatures; examine activities using foreign digital certificates accepted in Vietnam, foreign digital certificates accepted in international transactions; check electronic authentication systems according to regulations;

h) Coordinate troubleshooting activities related to digital signature and electronic authentication services, timestamp issuance and other services in accordance with the law on electronic transactions;

i) Organize the collection, management and use of service fees for maintaining the digital certificate status check system and fees and charges for digital signature and electronic authentication services, timestamp issuance services and other services in accordance with the law on electronic transactions.
