Pursuant to Article 16 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP, regulations regarding the announcement of public employee recruitment results are as follows:
After completing the grading of the second round as stipulated in Article 15 of this Decree, within a maximum of 5 working days, the Recruitment Council must report to the head of the agency or unit with the authority to recruit public employees for consideration and recognition of the recruitment results.
Within 10 days from the date of the decision recognizing the recruitment results, the Recruitment Council must publicly announce on the electronic information page or the electronic portal of the agency or unit with the authority to recruit and send a written notification recognizing the recruitment results to the candidate's registered address. The announcement must clearly state the deadline by which the successful candidate must go to the agency or unit with recruitment authority to complete the recruitment documentation.

Additionally, the Recruitment Council will send a written notification recognizing the recruitment results to the address you have registered.
What recruitment documents must successful public employee candidates complete?
According to Clause 1, Article 17 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP, regulations on completing recruitment documentation are as follows:
- Within 30 days from the date of receiving the notification of successful recruitment, the successful candidate must go to the agency or unit with recruitment authority to complete the recruitment documentation. The recruitment documentation includes:
a) Copies of diplomas, certificates as required for the job position applied for, and certification of priority subjects (if any);
In case the successful candidate has a professional graduation certificate already meeting the foreign language and computer science exit requirements that correspond to the job position applied for, it can be used to replace the foreign language and computer science certificates.
b) A judicial record card issued by the competent authority.
