When is the Kepi Hat Worn in the Customs Sector?
Based on Clause 1 Article 7 of the Regulations on the management and use of uniforms in the customs sector (enclosed with Decision 1062/QD-TCHQ dated April 09, 2021 of the Director General of the General Department of Customs), the provisions regarding the above content are as follows:
- Kepi hats and soft hats are to be used when wearing the corresponding customs uniforms and in the following cases:
a) Working, studying, training, attending ceremonies outdoors (except in cases where it is necessary to wear a helmet as prescribed by law when using motorcycles or motorbikes).
b) Awarding and receiving orders, medals, state honorary titles, and other forms of commendation.
Thus, the kepi hat is used when wearing the sector's uniform and specifically in the aforementioned cases.
