When Are Leading Civil Servants Classified as Excellently Completing Tasks?
According to Clause 2, Article 8 of Decree 90/2020/ND-CP stipulating the criteria for classifying the quality of officials at the level of successfully completing tasks, wherein:
Officials holding leadership or management positions who meet all the following criteria shall be classified as successfully completing tasks at an excellent level:
- Comply well with the provisions in Clause 1, Clause 2, Clause 3, Clause 4, and Point a Clause 5 Article 3 of this Decree;
- The criteria regarding the results of task performance as prescribed by law, according to the proposed plan, or based on specific assigned work are all completed on schedule, ensuring high quality and efficiency;
- Lead, direct, and manage agencies, organizations, units, or sectors assigned to complete all indicators and tasks, with at least 50% of the indicators and tasks exceeding the targets;
- 100% of the agencies, organizations, and units under direct authority and management are evaluated to have completed tasks or above, of which at least 70% have completed tasks well or excellently.
