What standards must a Level 2 military main pilot for transport aircraft meet?

According to Article 11 of Circular 120/2020/TT-BQP (Effective from January 1, 2021), Level 2 lead military pilots operating transport aircraft must meet the following standards:

- Pilotage, navigation skills, and mission performance:

+ Must have been conferred as a Level 3 lead pilot, dual-role pilot, and in-flight navigator;

+ Must have been examined and approved as stipulated in point b, clause 1, Article 7 of this Circular under simple meteorological daytime conditions, complex meteorological daytime conditions, and simple meteorological nighttime conditions.

- Flight hour standards:

+ Accumulated flight hours ≥ 700 hours;

+ Accumulated flight hours on the current aircraft for transitioning pilots ≥ 80 hours.
