The Examination and Examination Council works according to the collective principle, making decisions by majority; In case of equal voting, the opinion that the Chairman of the Inspection and Testing Council has voted shall be implemented;

Report to the head of the agency or unit with recruitment authority on the results of inspection and testing;

The Inspection and Testing Council will self-dissolve after completing its tasks.

c) The head of the agency or unit with authority to recruit public employees shall decide according to his/her authority or send a written report to the head of the agency with authority to manage public employees for consensus before deciding to accept the employee according to his/her authority. permission.

Which cases are considered for admission as public employees in Vietnam?

According to Clause 1, Article 13 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP, regulations on cases being considered for admission as public employees are as follows:

1. Based on the conditions for registering for public employee recruitment and according to the requirements of the job position to be filled, the head of the agency or unit with recruitment authority will be considered for admission as a public officer in following cases:

a) Cases with at least 05 years of work in a job position that requires a university degree or higher in accordance with the requirements of the job position to be filled and with mandatory social insurance contributions (not including internship and probationary periods, if there is a period of work with intermittent compulsory social insurance payment but has not yet received a one-time social insurance benefit, it will be accumulated, including the working period, if any.
