- Play a key role in propagating, mobilizing, and uniting the people in their residence and field of work to participate in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns initiated and led by the Vietnam Fatherland Front
- Participate in activities when invited and provide feedback on documents when required
- Listen, gather, and convey opinions and proposals of the people where they work and reside to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level
