What are the official ranks in the field of enforcement of civil judgments in Vietnam?

On April 3, 2024, the Ministry of Justice issued Circular 02/2024/TT-BTP, which regulates the codes, professional standards, qualifications, duties, and salary levels for official ranks in the field of enforcement of civil judgments. These ranks include Enforcers, Examiners, Enforcement Clerk

Based on Article 3 of Circular 02/2024/TT-BTP, the following official ranks in the field of enforcement of civil judgments are specified:

- Senior Enforcer

- Intermediate Enforcer

- Junior Enforcer

- Senior Enforcement Examiner

- Chief Enforcement Examiner

- Enforcement Examiner

- Enforcement Clerk

- Intermediate Enforcement Clerk

Based on Article 13, Circular 02/2024/TT-BTP, the salary classification for officials in the field of enforcement of civil judgments is as follows:

Salary classification for officials in the field of enforcement of civil judgments:

Officials in the field of enforcement of civil judgments are subject to the specialized salary scale for officials and public employees in state agencies (Table 2) issued together with Government Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, regarding the salary regime for officials, public employees, and armed forces (amended and supplemented by Government Decree No. 17/2013/ND-CP dated February 19, 2013). The salary coefficients applicable are as follows:

a) Senior Enforcer, Senior Enforcement Examiner: Salary coefficient A3, group A3.1;

b) Intermediate Enforcer, Chief Enforcement Examiner: Salary coefficient A2, group A2.1;

c) Junior Enforcer, Enforcement Examiner, Enforcement Clerk: Salary coefficient A1;

d) Intermediate Enforcement Clerk: Salary coefficient B.

Therefore, the salary levels for officials in the field of enforcement of civil judgments from May 18, 2024, are as follows:

What are regulations on the general criteria for officials working in the field of enforcement of civil judgments in Vietnam?

Based on Article 4, Circular No. 02/2024/TT-BTP, the general criteria are defined as follows:

General Criteria:

1. Possess a strong political will, firm adherence to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, have a solid grasp of the Vietnamese Communist Party's principles and guidelines, and be loyal to the Fatherland and the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, safeguarding the interests of the country and the people.

2. Fulfill the duties of officials in accordance with the law, strictly follow the assigned tasks and instructions from superiors, adhere to the law, maintain discipline, and administrative order, and serve as a role model in complying with the internal regulations and rules of the organization.

3. Be diligent, responsible, honest, objective, impartial, fair, and exemplary in performing official duties, maintaining politeness, cultural behavior, and standards in communication and serving the people.

4. Lead a healthy and modest lifestyle, be thrifty, honest, upright, and selfless, refrain from exploiting positions for personal gain, and avoid favoritism, corruption, waste, and negativity.

5. Regularly demonstrate a sense of learning, self-improvement, and enhancement of qualities, qualifications, and capabilities.

6. Possess sufficient health to fulfill assigned tasks.

7. Officials who register for promotion or promotion consideration must meet the standards and conditions prescribed by the Government.

Therefore, the general criteria for officials in the field of enforcement of civil judgments are as follows:
