Based on Clause 1, Article 45 of the Regulation on inspection, settlement, review, systematization of legal normative documents, establishment of the national legal database on laws and organization, management of collaborators in inspecting, reviewing, systematizing legal normative documents in Ho Chi Minh City issued together with Decision 10/2022/QD-UBND regulating the reporting regime for the 6-month and annual reports on the inspection and update of legal documents on the national legal database as follows:

a) The Director of the Department of Justice shall carry out the periodic reporting regime and statistical reporting on the inspection, review, systematization of documents, updating documents to the national legal database under the authorization of the Chairperson of the People's Committee of the City according to the prescribed time limit by the Ministry of Justice; be responsible to the People's Committee of the City for the results of implementing the reports.

b) The heads of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the City shall carry out the annual reporting regime on the inspection and handling of documents, review work, systematization of documents. Reports shall be sent to the Department of Justice for consolidation into reports sent to the People's Committee of the City and the draft report submitted to the People's Committee of the City to report to the Ministry of Justice.

c) The Chairperson of the District People's Committee, the City People's Committee of the City shall carry out the annual reporting regime on the inspection and handling of documents, review work, systematization of documents; implement the periodic statistical reporting regime according to Circular No. 03/2019/TT-BTP dated March 20, 2019 of the Minister of Justice regulating some contents on statistical activities of the Justice sector.

The District People's Committee, the City People's Committee of the City must set up a separate section on the inspection, handling, review, systematization of documents in the monthly, quarterly, annual reporting regime on legal work.

Based on Clause 4, Article 45 of the Regulation on inspection, settlement, review, systematization of legal normative documents, establishment of the national legal database on laws and organization, management of collaborators in inspecting, reviewing, systematizing legal normative documents in Ho Chi Minh City issued together with Decision 10/2022/QD-UBND regulating the emergency reporting regime for the inspection and update of legal documents on the national legal database as follows:

In case of requests from authorized agencies, units shall carry out emergency reporting as guided by the Department of Justice, the Office of Justice.
