What is the Format of Administrative Documents?
At Clause 1, Article 8 of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP on clerical work, the format of administrative documents is understood as follows:
The document format is a collection of components that constitute a document, including primary components applicable to all types of documents and supplementary components in specific cases or for certain types of documents.
Additionally, the Decree stipulates that the format of administrative documents includes the following main components:
- National emblem and motto.
- Name of the issuing agency or organization.
- Number and symbol of the document.
- Location and date of issuance.
- Type and summary of the document's content.
- Content of the document.
- Position, full name, and signature of the authorized person.
- Seal and digital signature of the agency or organization.
- Recipients.
The editorial board responds to the information.
