Certification numbers for copies from the original as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 01/2020/TT-BTP (effective from April 20, 2020) are as follows:
Certification numbers for copies from the original as regulated in Point b, Clause 3, Article 20 of Decree No. 23/2015/ND-CP are certification numbers recorded according to each type of document being certified; not according to the order of certification requests.
For example: Mr. A requests certification for copies from the original of 03 (three) types of documents: an identity card under the name Nguyen Van A, an identity card under the name Nguyen Thi B, and the family household book of Mr. Nguyen Van A’s family. When assigning certification numbers, the copy of the identity card under the name Nguyen Van A is recorded with one number, the copy of the identity card under the name Nguyen Thi B is recorded with one number, and the copy of the family household book of Mr. Nguyen Van A’s family is recorded with one number. Therefore, the certifying agency will assign 03 (three) different certification numbers for 03 (three) types of documents.
