In Sub-section 1, Section I, Plan for implementing emulation and commendation work in 2023 issued together with Decision 427/QD-TANDTC-TĐKT in 2022 stipulates purpose of the plan for implementing emulation and commendation work in 2023 in the People's Court is as follows:

a) Promote the combined strength of the entire Court system determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Committee and the Directive of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on "Implementing key tasks of the Court's work Project in 2023", contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

b) Continue to promote the emulation movement "For justice", following the running theme of the People's Court: "Devotion, skill, diligence, impartiality", "Responsibility, discipline, quality , for justice", with the motto "Close to the people, understand the people, help the people, learn from the people", associated with the implementation of Central Resolution 4 (terms XI, XII, XIII) of the Party and Directive No. 05-CT/ Central dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo, emulation movements and campaigns of the Central and local levels.

c) Motivate and encourage civil servants, public employees, and employees of the People's Court to promote the spirit of solidarity, uphold the spirit of responsibility, initiative, creativity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, enthusiastically compete and strive to successfully complete the Court's political tasks in 2023; promptly praise, honor and reward groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement.

d) Innovate and promote propaganda work, promptly discover, foster, summarize and replicate advanced examples, new models, good practices, examples of good people and good deeds in public fields the Court's cooperation, creating a wide spread in the People's Court system and in society.

What are requirements for the plan to implement emulation and commendation work in 2023 in the People's Court in Vietnam? 

In Subsection 2, Section I, Plan for implementing emulation and commendation work in 2023 issued together with Decision 427/QD-TANDTC-TĐKT in 2022 stipulating requirements for the plan to implement emulation and commendation work in 2023 in the People's Court is as follows:

a) Party committees at all levels, heads of agencies, units and mass organizations in the People's Court directly lead, direct, inspect and supervise the implementation of emulation and commendation work; Closely coordinate in building programs, plans, concretizing emulation targets, content of emulation movements during the year, in batches, topics... according to topics and content appropriate to the situation. Actual situation, functions and tasks of agencies and units; closely follow the theme and content of the emulation movement for the period 2021-2025 and 2023 of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council, the People's Court and local Emulation and Commendation Council.

b) Improve institutions and laws on emulation and commendation work; Review, amend, supplement and promulgate new documents directing and guiding emulation and commendation work in accordance with new regulations of the law on emulation and commendation and the specifics of the People's Court. people; Continue to innovate emulation criteria, evaluate achievements, review and reward, inspect and supervise the emulation movement, improve the quality of emulation and reward work in the People's Court, ensuring accurate, timely, public, transparent, and truly educational and exemplary.

What is task of disseminating and thoroughly grasping documents on emulation, commendation, and political and ideological education in the People's Court in Vietnam?

In Section a Subsection 1 Section II Plan for implementing emulation and commendation work in 2023 issued together with Decision 427/QD-TANDTC-TĐKT in 2022 stipulating the task of disseminating and thoroughly grasping documents on emulation and reward work; Political and ideological education work in the People's Court is as follows:

Organize the dissemination and thorough understanding of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and guiding documents of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council, the Central Emulation and Commendation Board, the Supreme People's Court and central and local ministries, departments and branches on emulation and commendation work; Focus on disseminating and thoroughly grasping documents: Law on Emulation and Commendation amended in 2022 and documents guiding implementation; Directive No. 34-CT/TW dated April 7, 2014 of the Politburo "On continuing to innovate emulation and reward work"; Directive No. 07/CT-TTg dated March 19, 2014 of the Prime Minister "On promoting prevention and combat of negativity in the management of civil servants and public employees, emulation and rewards"; Documents of the Supreme People's Court guiding the implementation of emulation work, commendation in 2023; Strengthen political and ideological education, deeply grasp President Ho Chi Minh's "Patriotic Emulation" ideology, in order to improve the sense of responsibility, capacity, qualifications, ethics, and lifestyle. Discipline of the team of civil servants, public employees, and workers of the People's Court, especially civil servants doing emulation and commendation work in advising party committees, heads of agencies and units to lead, direct and organize the implementation of emulation and reward work according to regulations.
