1. General goal

Create a strong change in the quality and effectiveness of political theory training, contributing to building a team of party cell secretaries and grassroots party committee members with sufficient political qualities, ethics and capacity, scientific working style, meeting the requirements of the cause of building and protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland in the new situation.

2. Specific goals
