What is a document providing information about legal documents issued by the Government and Prime Minister in Vietnam?

In Appendix V Circular 26/2022/TT-BGTVT (effective from January 1, 2023) regulates documents providing information on legal documents issued by the Government and Prime Minister:

To: Ministry of Transport (Legal Department)

1. Name of legal document: Write the full name of the document type, number/symbol, date, month and year of promulgation; agency issued; summary of content of legal documents; Name of attached appendix document (if any).

2. Effectiveness: Clearly state the effective date of the Legal Document; the abolition and replacement of previous legal documents; Retroactive effect of legal documents... etc. (if any).

3. Necessity and purpose of promulgation: State fully and briefly the reason and purpose of promulgation of the Legal Document.

4. Main content:

- Clearly state the number of chapters and articles; scope; Subjects of application of Legal Documents.

- The main regulations, contents and issues of the Legal Document are of interest to public opinion.
