What is application form for exam to promote the professional title of pedagogical college lecturer in 2023 in Vietnam?

In subsection 2.4, Section 2, Official Dispatch 434/BCT-TCCB of 2023 stipulates form and specifications of the registration dossier for the exam to promote the professional title of pedagogical college lecturer in 2023 as follows:

+) Candidates prepare 01 set of documents printed, photographed on A4 paper, bound, with a table of contents and page numbers.

+) The dossier set is bound into a set, including documents and arranged in order; Scientific articles and books for training are arranged according to each type of project and in chronological order.

+) Candidates are fully responsible for the legality and accuracy of documents and copied documents. When requested by the competent authority, candidates are responsible for providing originals or original documents for comparison.

+) Scientific works, patents, utility solutions of agencies, organizations or citizens related to state secrets, secrets in the field of national defense and security must be recorded. Protect according to the provisions of law and comply with the regulations of the Minister of Public Security, the Minister of National Defense and competent state agencies.

The unit that nominates officials to participate in the professional title promotion exam is responsible before the law for the standards and conditions of the officials nominated to participate in the professional title promotion exam.

What documents are required to register for the exam to promote the professional title of senior lecturer in Vietnam?

Pursuant to subsection 2.1, Section 2, Official Dispatch 434/BCT-TCCB of 2023, regulations on registration documents for senior lecturer professional title promotion exam are as follows:

+) Application for promotion to the rank of Senior Lecturer (grade I) (form 1a attached).

+) The officer's curriculum vitae certified by the agency employing or managing the officer (form 2 attached).

+) Comments and assessments of the head of the agency employing public employees who do not hold management positions or of the head of the agency or organization with authority to appoint management officials (attached form No. 3a).

+) Copies of diplomas and certificates at the request of senior lecturers (rank I) authenticated by a competent authority, including:

- Doctoral degree appropriate to job position, industry or teaching major;

- Certificate of training according to vocational training standards for university lecturers/ Certificate of training according to vocational training standards for teaching officials in public higher education establishments according to the provisions of law before June 30, 2022;

- Certificate of pedagogical training.

+) Decision to appoint main lecturer (rank II), code: V.07.01.02 and decision to appoint equivalent title (if any).

+) A declaration of scientific research projects, scientific articles and compilation of books to serve training and guidance for students/graduate students to successfully defend certified master's thesis/doctoral thesis of the Head of the management unit with evidence

(Copies of decisions to assign doctoral and master's supervisory tasks; copies of doctoral degrees, master's degrees or decisions to recognize the graduation of the assigned learners; Copy of decisions or assignment contracts science and technology services; Minutes of acceptance or decision to recognize the results of implementing science and technology tasks; Copies of patents, utility solutions, national and international awards and other Attached supporting documents; Copies of published scientific articles, training books that have been evaluated and strictly accepted according to regulations; Certificate of purpose of using books for training from the head of the institution department of higher education).

What does registration dossier for taking main lecturer professional title promotion exam include in Vietnam?

According to subsection 2.2, Section 2, Official Dispatch 434/BCT-TCCB of 2023, regulations on registration documents to take the exam to promote the professional title of main lecturer are as follows:

+) Application to take the exam for promotion to the rank of Master Lecturer (grade II) (form 1b attached).

+) The officer's curriculum vitae certified by the agency employing or managing the officer (form 2 attached).

+) Comments and assessments of the head of the agency employing public employees who do not hold management positions or of the head of the agency or organization with authority to appoint management officials (attached form No. 3b).

+) Copies of diplomas and certificates at the request of the main lecturer (grade II) certified by a competent authority, including:

- Master's degree or higher appropriate to job position, industry or teaching major;

- Certificate of training according to vocational standards for university lecturers or certificate of training according to vocational standards for teaching officials in public higher education establishments according to the provisions of law before June 30, 2022;

- Have a certificate of pedagogical training;

+) Decision to appoint foreign lecturers (rank III), code: V.07.01.03 and decision to appoint equivalent positions (if any).

+) A declaration of scientific research projects, scientific articles and compilation of books for training, certified by the Head of the management unit, accompanied by evidence

(Copy of decision or contract assigning science and technology tasks; Minutes of acceptance or decision to recognize the results of implementing scientific and technological tasks; Copies of published scientific articles and training books that have been evaluated and accepted according to regulations; Certificate confirming the purpose of using books for training from the head of the education and training facility).
