What disciplinary measures may a regiment political commissar apply to violators?

According to Clause 5, Article 45 of Circular 16/2020/TT-BQP, the Regiment Commissar has the authority to:

- Reprimand the Battalion Commander, Battalion Political Commissar; Border Guard Station Chief, Border Guard Station Political Commissar and equivalent; officers, professional soldiers up to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel; officials, defense workers and public defense employees with a salary coefficient below 6.20;

- Warn the Company Commander, Company Political Commissar; Border Guard Station Chief and equivalent; officers, professional soldiers up to the rank of Major; officials, defense workers and public defense employees with a salary equivalent to that of a Major;

- Demote or dismiss the Squad Leader and equivalent positions;

- Demote military ranks, strip military titles up to the rank of Sergeant.
