What color pen should be used to fill out the chip-based Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) declaration form?
Article 6 of Circular 66/2015/TT-BCA stipulates the requirements for filling out forms for chip-attached CCCD as follows:
- Fully, accurately, and clearly fill out the content in each form, using ink of the same type.
- If the person coming to complete the procedures is illiterate or unable to fill out the forms themselves, they may ask someone else to fill them out on their behalf according to their statements. The person filling in on behalf must write “Filler”, fill out truthfully, sign, clearly state their full name, and take responsibility for that filling.
- Columns and fields in the form must be filled out according to the instructions in the forms (if any) and regulations in this Circular. In case the information in the form’s columns and fields is long, it is allowed to use abbreviations but must ensure clarity of basic information.
- The ink color for filling out the form, the signature of the authorized person, and the contents in the form are only allowed to use blue, dark purple, or black ink.
According to the aforementioned regulations, when filling out the chip-attached CCCD application form, you should use a pen with blue, dark purple, or black ink.
Sincerely!
