Based on Section II.2 of the 2022 commendation and reward implementation plan (Attached to Decision 524/QD-TANDTC-TDKT in 2021), the specific tasks are as follows:

Organize and implement the key tasks of the Court in 2022 according to the Resolution of the Party's Executive Committee and the Directive of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, linked to commendation and reward work, guiding documents of the Central Council for Emulation and Reward, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, and the Emulation and Reward Council of the People's Courts.

- Implementing units: Emulation Clusters, units under Emulation Clusters.

- Implementation period: In the first quarter of the 2022 emulation work.

Develop an emulation plan, organize the launch of the emulation movement, sign commitments, and register for emulation.

- Implementing units: Standing Emulation and Reward Councils of People's Courts at all levels, Emulation Clusters, units under Emulation Clusters.

- Implementation period: Before December 1, 2022.

Implement emulation movements, propaganda activities, and build advanced typical models.

- Implementing units: Standing Emulation and Reward Councils of People's Courts at all levels, Emulation Clusters, units under Emulation Clusters.

- Implementation period: Regularly throughout 2022.

Review the emulation movement in the first 6 months of 2022.

- Implementing units: Emulation Clusters, units under Emulation Clusters.

- Implementation period: Before April 15, 2022.

Summarize the emulation movement at the end of 2022.

- Implementing units: Emulation Clusters, units under Emulation Clusters.

- Implementation period: Before October 15, 2022.

Report on the results of the commendation and reward work:

- Implementing units: Emulation Clusters, units under Emulation Clusters.

- Implementation period: Before January 15, 2022 for the quarter I report; before April 15, 2022 for the quarter II report; before July 15, 2022 for the quarter III report; and before October 15, 2022 for the quarter IV report. Specifically, the quarter II report is combined with the 6-month report and the quarter IV report is combined with the year-end report, however, separate data and concise evaluations of the results of quarter II and quarter IV. For state-level commendation reports, the titles of Judge, Commemorative Medals are implemented according to other related regulations (Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, Heads of units under the Supreme People's Court are responsible for the accuracy, completeness of data... in the reports, especially data on emulation criteria... ensuring objectivity, honesty).
