What are the requirements for officers with Health Category 2?
Based on Clause 2, Article 5 of Circular 37/2021/TT-BQP (effective from May 29, 2021), an officer is classified as having health level 2 when having one of the following factors:
- Body mass index at level 2 or age over 55;
- Suffering from level 2 diseases or mild chronic diseases that are stable, not affecting daily activities or work; only requiring preventive measures or outpatient treatment;
- Work capacity ensured according to duties and responsibilities: Number of sick leave days in a year ranging from 16 to 30 days; or physical fitness training results meeting the requirements.
