1. Position and functions
The Corporate Finance Sub-Department (if any) is an administrative organization under the Department of Finance, with legal status, its own seal and account, helping the Director of the Department of Finance perform the function of advising the People's Committee of the province in the state management of corporate finance in accordance with the provisions of law.
2. Duties and powers
The Corporate Finance Sub-department shall perform the tasks and powers in the field of corporate finance specified in Clause 9 Article 2 of this Circular as assigned by the Director of the Department of Finance, based on the development situation and requirements. actual local demand.

Article 6. Public non-business units under the Department
Based on the characteristics, development situation and actual requirements in the locality, the Director of the Department of Finance shall advise the Provincial People's Committee and the President of the Provincial People's Committee to decide on the establishment, prescribe functions, the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the public non-business units under the Department of Finance are consistent with the sector development planning approved by the competent authority and the provisions of law.
Criteria and conditions for the establishment, merger, consolidation and dissolution of public non-business units in the financial sector shall comply with the Government's general regulations on establishment, reorganization and dissolution of public non-business units
