What are the latest duties of the single-window department in the resolution of administrative procedures in Vietnam?

Section 1, Article 8 of Decree 61/2018/ND-CP, Point a, Clause 4, Article 1 of Decree 107/2021/ND-CP stipulates the duties of the single-window department in the resolution of administrative procedures as follows:

a) Publicize fully and promptly by electronic means or in writing the list of administrative procedures implemented at the single-window department; the contents of administrative procedures are publicized in accordance with the law on administrative procedure control and this Decree; support those who are unable to access administrative procedures publicized by electronic means;

b) Guide the implementation of administrative procedures; receive and digitize administrative procedure dossiers; resolve or transfer the dossiers for the resolution of administrative procedures; return the results of the resolution of administrative procedures; monitor, supervise, and evaluate the resolution and return results of administrative procedures for organizations and individuals; collect fees and charges (if any) as prescribed;

c) Coordinate with relevant agencies and units to resolve and return results for organizations and individuals in cases where administrative procedures require resolution within the day or for administrative procedures assigned or authorized to officials and public employees at the single-window department to resolve; support organizations and individuals in using online public services level 3, level 4;

d) Coordinate with competent authorities and other relevant agencies to organize training and professional development for officials and public employees assigned to guide, receive and return results of administrative procedures according to the single-window, interconnected single-window mechanism;

dd) Receive, handle or report to competent authorities to handle feedback, recommendations, complaints, denunciations from organizations and individuals regarding officials and public employees, competent authorities related to the guidance, receipt, resolution, transfer of dossiers for resolution, and return results of administrative procedures; transmit explanations from competent authorities about feedback, recommendations, complaints, denunciations to organizations and individuals;

e) Arrange equipment at the single-window department in accordance with point b, Clause 2, Article 13 of this Decree and provide necessary support services related to legal matters, payment of fees, charges, tax submission, foreign language translation, ethnic language translation (if needed), photocopying, document printing, and other necessary services as requested by organizations and individuals at service prices approved by competent authorities;

g) Perform other duties as assigned according to the law.
