Pursuant to Article 7 of the Decree 120/2013/NĐ-CP (amended by Clause 9 Article 1 of the Decree 37/2022/NĐ-CP) stipulating as follows:
1. A fine of VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 for the act of not appearing at the specified time and place of concentration in the conscription order without a justifiable reason.
2. A fine of VND 40,000,000 to VND 50,000,000 for the act of fraud in order to evade the implementation of the conscription order after receiving the results of the physical examination for military service that meet the conditions for enlistment according to regulations.
3. A fine of VND 50,000,000 to VND 75,000,000 for the act of not complying with the conscription order, except for the cases specified in Clause 1 and Clause 2 of this Article.
4. Remedial measures: Compel the performance of military service for those who violate the provisions of Clause 1, Clause 2 and Clause 3 of this Article.
Therefore, according to the regulations mentioned above, if you fail to comply with the conscription order, you may be fined from 50,000,000 VND to 75,000,000 VND and be forced to perform military service.

Shall the person avoiding conscription face criminal prosecution in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 322 of the Criminal Code in 2015 stipulating avoiding conscription as follows:
1. Any person who fails to comply with regulations of law on conscription, defies an enlistment order or military training order despite the fact that he/she has incurred an administrative penalty or has an unspent conviction for the same offence shall face a penalty of up to 02 years' community sentence or 03 - 24 months' imprisonment.
2. This offence committed in any of the following circumstances carries a penalty of 01 - 05 years' imprisonment:
a) The offender injures himself/herself to avoid conscription;
b) The offence is committed in wartime;
c) The offender drags another person into committing the offence.
As regulations above, any person who fails to comply with conscription order shall face criminal prosecution in Vietnam. The maximum penalty shall be up to 05 years' imprisonment.
What are the fines for bribing a military service health examiner in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 6 of the Decree 120/2013/NĐ-CP (amended by Clause 8 Article 1 of the Decree 37/2022/NĐ-CP) stipulating as follows:
1. A fine of VND 10,000,000 to VND 12,000,000 shall be imposed on a person who fails to appear at the specified time and place for the conscription check-up or medical examination in the conscription check-up or medical examination order issued by the Head of the Military Command Unit at the district level under the provisions of the Military Service Law without a justifiable reason.
2. A fine of VND 12,000,000 to VND 15,000,000 shall be imposed on a person who intentionally fails to receive the conscription check-up or medical examination order issued by the Head of the Military Command Unit at the district level under the provisions of the Military Service Law without a justifiable reason.
3. A fine of VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 shall be imposed on one of the following acts:
a) A person who is being examined has committed fraud to falsify the results of his/her health classification in order to evade military service;
b) Giving money, property, or other material benefits worth up to VND 2,000,000 to medical staff or others to falsify the results of the health classification of a person who is being checked or a person who is being examined for military service in order to evade military service.
4. A fine of VND 25,000,000 to VND 35,000,000 shall be imposed on a person who fails to comply with the conscription check-up or medical examination order.
According to the regulations mentioned above, a person who commits the act of giving money, property, or other material benefits worth up to VND 2,000,000 to a military service medical examiner in order to evade military service may be fined from VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000.
