On September 18, 2023, the Minister of Justice issued Circular 06/2023/TT-BTP guiding on leadership, management positions and professional positions, the structure of civil servants according to professional positions in public service units in the judicial sector.
Circular 06/2023/TT-BTP guides on the list of positions, job descriptions, and competency frameworks for leadership, management positions and professional positions; the structure of civil servants according to professional positions in public service units in the judicial sector with public service activities in the following fields:
- Legal aid;
- State compensation;
- Judicial history;
- Notary;
- Asset auction;
- Registration of security measures;
- Legal assistance,
- Legal consultancy.
The principles and basis for determining positions in public service units are as follows:
- Leadership, management positions and professional positions for civil servants in the legal sector in public service units are determined on the basis of the principles stipulated in Article 3 of Decree 106/2020/NĐ-CP.
- The basis for determining leadership, management positions and professional positions for civil servants in the legal sector in public service units is implemented according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree 106/2020/NĐ-CP.
