2. 4. Pursuant to Subsection A.1, Section III of Regulation 51-QD/TW of 2021 stipulating regulations on the task of directing, guiding and inspecting the propaganda work of the General Department of Politics in the Vietnam People's Army as follows:

1. Direct, guide and inspect the propaganda work in the Army, Militia and Self-Defense Forces and the Government Cipher Committee:

- Organize research, study and propaganda of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the Party's guidelines and guidelines, policies and laws of the State; Military guidelines, viewpoints and ideas of the Party, and political tasks of the Army for all subjects in the army. Pursuant to Subsection A.2, Section III of Regulation 51-QD/TW of 2021 stipulating regulations on the task of directing and guiding the organization of the Vietnam Communist Party of the General Department of Politics in the Vietnam People's Army as follows:

2. Direct and guide the organization of Party building in the Army's Party Committee; at the same time directing Party committees, political agencies of military zones and Border Guards to coordinate with local Party committees to direct and guide the organization of Party building in the local military party committees and in the Party and border guards of provinces and cities, maintain and strengthen the Party's absolute and direct leadership in all aspects over the Army:
