Hôm nay, trong không khí trang trọng và đầy ý nghĩa của buổi lễ giao nhận quân, tôi vô cùng vinh dự và tự hào khi được thay mặt các thanh niên ưu tú của quê hương phát biểu cảm nghĩ trước khi lên đường thực hiện nghĩa vụ thiêng liêng với Tổ quốc.
Là những người con của quê hương, được sinh ra và lớn lên trong hòa bình, chúng tôi luôn ý thức sâu sắc rằng, nền độc lập mà chúng ta đang hưởng ngày hôm nay là nhờ công lao to lớn của cha ông, của lớp lớp thế hệ đi trước đã không tiếc máu xương để bảo vệ quê hương, đất nước. Hôm nay, khi đứng tại đây, chúng tôi mang trong mình niềm háo hức, tự hào nhưng cũng không kém phần xúc động. Tạm xa gia đình, người thân, chúng tôi bước vào môi trường quân đội – nơi sẽ rèn luyện cho chúng tôi bản lĩnh, ý chí, tinh thần kỷ luật và lòng yêu nước nồng nàn. Chúng tôi xin hứa sẽ cố gắng học tập, rèn luyện thật tốt, chấp hành nghiêm kỷ luật, hoàn thành xuất sắc nhiệm vụ được giao để xứng đáng với niềm tin yêu của Đảng, Nhà nước, chính quyền địa phương và gia đình.
Trước lúc lên đường, chúng tôi xin gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành đến các cấp ủy Đảng, chính quyền, các tổ chức đoàn thể và đặc biệt là gia đình, người thân đã luôn động viên, ủng hộ, giúp đỡ chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian qua. What are the regulations for the first-time military service registration in Vietnam?
Based on Article 16 of the Military Service Law 2015, the regulations for initial military service registration are as follows:
- Every January, the President of the People's Committee at the commune level, the head or legal representative of the agency, organization reports the list of male citizens who are 17 years old in the year and male citizens of the military service age group who have not registered for military service to the district-level military command.
- Every April, the head of the district-level military command issues an order calling the citizens specified in Clause 1, Article 16 of the Military Service Law 2015 to register for military service for the first time.
- Citizens registering for military service for the first time must register directly at the military service registration agency specified in Article 15 of the Military Service Law 2015.
Is it possible for citizens who are not fit for military service to volunteer for military service in 2025 in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 5 of Circular 148/2018/TT-BQP on the postponement and exemption from military service:
Article 5. Postponement and exemption from military service
The postponement and exemption from military service in peacetime are implemented according to the provisions of Article 41 of the 2015 Military Service Law, as follows:
- The following citizens shall have their call-up for military service postponed:
a) Those who are not fit for service according to the conclusion of the Health Examination Council.
[...]
- Citizens who are eligible for postponement of the military service call-up under Clause 1 of this Article, if the reason for postponement no longer exists, shall be called up for military service.
Citizens eligible for postponement or exemption from military service call-up under Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article, if volunteering, shall be considered for selection and call-up for military service.
- The list of citizens eligible for postponement and exemption from military service call-up must be publicly posted at the commune-level People's Committee office, agency, and organization within 20 days from the date the President of the district-level People's Committee signs the Decision.
According to the above regulation, citizens not fit for service as concluded by the Health Examination Council can still volunteer and be considered for selection and call-up to military service.
