Based on Article 10 of the Operating Regulations of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, issued along with Decision 24/QD-UBQGCDS in 2022, the regulations regarding the operational funding of the Committee and the Working Group are as follows:
1. The operational funding for the Committee and the Working Group is allocated in the annual state budget of the Ministry of Information and Communications, along with other lawful funding sources. The Ministry of Information and Communications manages the operational funding of the Committee and the Working Group according to the regulations of the State.
2. The utilization of the secured funding for the Committee's activities follows the provisions of the State Budget Law and related guiding documents.

What are responsibilities of the heads of ministries, sectors, and localities in their working relationship with the National Committee on Digital Transformation in Vietnam?
Based on Article 11 of the Operating Regulations of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, issued along with Decision 24/QD-UBQGCDT in 2022, the responsibilities of the heads of ministries, sectors, and localities in their working relationship with the Committee are as follows:
1. Adhere to the directives of the Committee to promote and implement digital transformation; develop and enhance e-Government, digital government, digital economy, digital society, and smart cities; facilitate the implementation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Vietnam within their respective agencies, sectors, or areas of responsibility, and be subject to the supervision and inspection of the Committee regarding the implementation of these directives. Coordinate with the Working Group to propose and recommend mechanisms, policies, and solutions to drive the national digital transformation process, closely linked with administrative reform; develop and enhance e-Government, digital government, digital economy, digital society, and smart cities; facilitate the implementation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Vietnam. Direct the units under their ministries, sectors, or localities to closely cooperate with the Working Group in fulfilling the assigned tasks.
2. Direct the organization and implementation of tasks related to digital transformation; develop and enhance e-Government, digital government, digital economy, digital society, and smart cities; facilitate the implementation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Vietnam within their respective agencies, sectors, or areas of responsibility. Be responsible to the Government and the Prime Minister for the implementation of the assigned tasks; comply with the information reporting regime as stipulated and required by the Committee.
