What are regulations on the model and specifications of the overcoat for Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 5.a Article 12 of the Decree 33/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating the model and specifications of the overcoat for Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam as follows:

(a) Overcoat:

Color: Dark blue. Type: Long coat, reaching the knees, with a two-vent collar. Two buttons on each side of the collar to attach the rank insignia. The back of the coat has a standing collar and epaulettes 0.5 cm wide. The left side of the front of the coat has two horizontal buttons to attach the identification badge. The lower front of the coat has two oblique patch pockets, with two side belt loops across the waist to tighten the belt. The belt buckle is made of plastic. The cuffs of the coat have four metal buttons with a gold finish, 22 mm in diameter. The lower back of the coat has a seam and a back vent. The sleeves are designed with two sleeves, with a cuff with a metal button with a gold finish, 18 mm in diameter. The left sleeve has the logo of the Market Surveillance Force. The shoulders of the coat have shoulder straps to attach the rank insignia. The lining of the coat is the same color as the main fabric, with a pocket lining on the front.

The model of the overcoat is shown in Appendix II to this Decree.

Pursuant to Clause 5.b Article 12 of the Decree 33/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating the model and specifications of the vest uniform of the Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam as follows:

(b) Vest:

Color: Dark blue. Type: Three-layer vest. The collar has two layers, the outer layer is a turn-down collar, and the inner layer is sewn together with the cuff. The front of the vest has a zipper with a cuff cover, two ends with adhesive strips, and two oblique patch pockets below. The sides of the vest have side panels. The lining of the vest is quilted with parallel lines of thread.

The model of the vest is shown in Appendix II to this Decree.

What are regulations on the model and specifications of the windbreaker uniform of the Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 5.c Article 12 of the Decree 33/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating the model and specifications of the windbreaker uniform of the Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam as follows:

(c) Windbreaker: Color: Dark blue. Type: Winter outerwear designed with regular sleeves. With a hood, the bottom of the hood has a zipper that attaches to the collar, the top of the hood has 2 drawstrings, and the 2 sides of the hood have velcro. The front of the jacket has 2 patch pockets. The cuffs of the jacket are open all the way with a zipper, extending up to the top edge of the collar. The zipper has a zipper cover with velcro on both ends. The inner lining of the front of the jacket has 1 patch pocket, with velcro at the mouth of the pocket. The sleeves have an adjustable velcro cuff. The hem of the jacket has a drawstring. The left sleeve has the logo of the Market Surveillance Force.

Pursuant to Clause 5.d Article 12 of the Decree 33/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating the model and specifications of the cotton jacket of the Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam as follows:

(d) Cotton jacket: Color: Dark blue. Type: Three-layer, long-sleeved jacket with a back vent. The collar is two-layered, with a V-shaped notch on the outer layer. The inner layer has a zipper that closes the collar. The front of the jacket has two raised patch pockets on the chest, with rounded edges and 15 mm buttons. The lower front has two oblique patch pockets. The inner cuff of the jacket has a zipper, and the outer cuff has four 22 mm buttons. The back of the jacket has epaulettes and belt loops to hold a belt. The belt has a plastic buckle. The shoulders of the jacket have shoulder pads. The sleeves are two-sleeved, with a cuff with a 15 mm button. The left sleeve has the logo of the Market Management Force.

The lining of the jacket is made of fleece, with two lined pockets on the front with zippers. The inner sleeve lining has elastic cuffs.

The model of the fleece jacket is shown in Appendix II to this Decree.
