What are regulations on standards, issuance periods for uniforms, signs, badges for officials working at all levels of the Market Management Agency in Vietnam?
Article 13 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP (effective from 15/07/2022) stipulates the standard, duration of provision of uniforms, signs, badges for officials working at all levels of the Market Management Agency as follows:
1. Short-sleeved shirts are provided at a rate of 02 shirts/01 year/01 official. In the first provision, 04 shirts are provided/01 official.
2. Long-sleeved shirts are provided at a rate of 02 shirts/01 year/01 official. Shirts worn under coats are provided at a rate of 02 shirts/01 year/01 official. In the first provision, 04 shirts of each type are provided/01 official.
3. Coats for men and coats for women: 01 coat/02 years/01 official. In the first provision, 02 coats are provided/01 official.
4. Overcoats: 01 coat/04 years/01 official; blazers and windbreakers: 01 coat/02 years/01 official; cotton jackets: 01 coat/04 years/01 official.
5. Trousers for men: 02 pairs/01 year/01 official. In the first provision, 04 pairs are provided/01 official.
6. Trousers or skirts for women: 02 pairs/01 year/01 official. In the first provision, 04 pairs are provided/01 official.
7. Neckties: 01 tie/02 years/01 official. In the first provision, 02 ties are provided/01 official.
8. Kepi hats (for men), soft hats (for women), wool hats and pine branch badges: 01 hat/04 years/01 official.
9. Signs: 02 signs/01 official. In case the sign is damaged or lost, a replacement is provided.
10. Badges: 02 sets/01 official. In case of changes in leadership position, civil service rank or damaged or lost badges, replacement badges are provided.
11. Other types of clothing:
a) Belts: 01 belt/01 year/01 official;
b) Leather shoes: 01 pair/01 year/01 official;
c) Socks: 04 pairs/01 year/01 official;
d) Motorcycle helmets: 01 helmet/02 years/01 official;
e) Document bags: 01 bag/02 years/01 official.
12. Based on the specific weather conditions in each region, the Director General of the Market Management Agency decides to switch the provision of coats, overcoats, windbreakers, cotton jackets to other clothing for officials, but the price of the clothing must not exceed the approved unit price.

According to Article 14 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP (effective from 15/07/2022), the regulations on expenses for purchasing, repairing work vehicles, insignias, flags, badges, signs, uniforms of the Market Management force are as follows:
Funding for procurement, repair of working vehicles, combat gears, badges, flags, signs, uniforms of the Market Management Force is allocated in the annual state budget estimate by the competent authority or according to approved programs, projects, or from other legal funding sources as prescribed by law.
