What are regulations on models and specifications of the dress shirt and the dress shirt to be worn under the coat for female civil servants of the Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 12 of the Decree 33/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating the models and specifications of the dress shirt and the dress shirt to be worn under the coat for female civil servants of the Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam as follows:

(a) Short-sleeved shirt for women: Color: Light blue. Type: Short-sleeved shirt, with a French cuff, a two-vent collar, two buttons on each side of the collar to attach the rank insignia, a hem that is 2 cm long, and the shirt is worn outside of the pants. The front of the shirt has two pleats, a waist pleat, and two patch pockets on the bottom, with rounded bottoms, false flaps, and a V-shaped side. On the left chest, there are two horizontal buttons to attach the identification badge. The cuffs of the shirt have five plastic buttons, 10 mm in diameter. The back of the shirt is a single piece with a back waist pleat. The left sleeve has the logo of the Market Management Force. The shoulders of the shirt have shoulder straps to attach the rank insignia.

The model of the short-sleeved shirt for women is shown in Appendix II to this Decree.

(b) Long-sleeved shirt for women: Color: Light blue. Type: Long-sleeved shirt, with a mandarin collar, two buttons on each side of the collar to attach the rank insignia, a hem that is 2 cm long, and the shirt is tucked in the pants. The front of the shirt has two pleats and a waist pleat. The back of the shirt is a single piece with a back waist pleat. The sleeves have cuffs with buttons. On the left chest, there are two horizontal buttons to attach the identification badge. The cuffs of the shirt have five buttons and one button at the bottom of the collar, with plastic buttons sewn to the shirt, 10 mm in diameter. The left sleeve has the logo of the Market Management Force. The shoulders of the shirt have shoulder straps to attach the rank insignia.

The model of the long-sleeved shirt for women is shown in Appendix II to this Decree.

(c) Shirt worn under a coat for women: Color: Light blue. Type: Long-sleeved shirt, with a mandarin collar, the shirt is tucked in the pants. The front of the shirt has two pleats and a waist pleat. The cuffs of the shirt have five buttons and one button at the bottom of the collar, with plastic buttons sewn to the shirt, 10 mm in diameter. The back of the shirt is a single piece with a back waist pleat. The sleeves have cuffs with buttons.

Pursuant to Clause 3 Article 12 of the Decree 33/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating the models and specifications of the coat for male civil servants of the Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam as follows:

(a) Appearance:

Color: Dark blue. Type: Outer coat, with a two-vent collar. Two buttons on each side of the collar to attach the rank insignia. The upper front of the body has two raised patch pockets, with a flap in the middle, and the bottom of the pocket is angled. The left pocket flap has a pen holder, and the edge of the flap is rounded with a button. Two horizontal buttons on the left chest above the pocket flap to attach the identification badge. The upper pocket button is 18 mm in diameter, and the lower pocket button is 22 mm in diameter. The cuffs of the coat have four buttons, 22 mm in diameter. Metal buttons with a gold finish are sewn onto the body and pockets of the coat. The lower pocket is a hidden patch pocket, with a wing-shaped flap and a button on the flap. The back of the coat has a back seam and a bottom slit. Long sleeves with two sleeves and a false cuff, each with four metal buttons, 18 mm in diameter. The left sleeve has the logo of the Market Management Force. The shoulders of the coat have shoulder straps to attach the rank insignia.

(b) Interior:

The coat has a lining of the same color as the main fabric, with two lined pockets on the front.

Pursuant to Clause 4 Article 12 of the Decree 33/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating the models and specifications of the coat for male civil servants for female civil servants of the Market Surveillance officials in Vietnam as follows:

(a) Appearance:

Color: Dark blue. Type: Outer coat, with a two-vent collar. Two buttons on each side of the collar to attach the rank insignia. The lower front of the body has two hidden patch pockets, 1 cm deep, with a flap, a button, and a rounded edge with a button, 18 mm in diameter. The cuffs of the coat have four buttons, 22 mm in diameter. Metal buttons with a gold finish are sewn onto the body and pockets of the coat. Two horizontal buttons on the left chest above the pocket flap to attach the identification badge. The back of the coat has a back seam and a bottom slit. Long sleeves with two sleeves and a round cuff, each with three metal buttons, 18 mm in diameter. The left sleeve has the logo of the Market Management Force. The shoulders of the coat have shoulder straps to attach the rank insignia.

(b) Interior:

The coat has a lining of the same color as the main fabric, with a lined pocket on the right front.
