Pursuant to Article 7 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP stipulating the market management badges of the market management force as follows:

1. The Market Manager badge has a blue background on the outside, a 5-pointed yellow star floating in the middle of a circle on a red background. The edge of the badge is bordered by 2 yellow rice flowers, 2 stalks attached with 2 rice flowers. The yellow half-gear shape on the surface has the words "QLTT" in red, curved along the curvature of the half-ring of the gear.

2. The model of the market management badge is shown in Appendix I issued together with this Decree and is used for affixing, printing, embroidering and casting on the badges attached to collars, signboards, ensigns, and tags. inspect the market and on vehicles serving official activities of market management agencies at all levels.

The model of the market management badge attached to the branch is shown in Appendix I issued together with this Decree and is used to attach it to the front of the cap, soft hat, cotton hat; mounted, placed in a solemn position at the headquarters, on the signboards of the market management agencies at all levels.

3. The logo (logo) of the Market Management force consists of 2 parts: The background is blue and black with the shield word "DMS" (abbreviation "General Department of Market Management" in English - Directorate. of Market Surveillance) and the letter “M” (abbreviation for “market” in English - Market) stylized in yellow. Depending on the color of the logo, the background may have a blue or yellow border.

The form of the symbol (logo) shown in Appendix I to this Decree shall be printed, attached and molded on costumes, documents and articles serving the propaganda work of the market management force.

According to Article 8 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP, the market management flag of the market management force is as follows:

1. The Market Management pennant is made of dark blue fabric, an isosceles triangle in the ratio of the side to the bottom edge is 5/3; The two sides are bordered with yellow tassels and in the center are the Market Manager badges. The flag model is shown in Appendix I issued with this Decree.

What is market management brand name in Vietnam? 

Pursuant to Article 9 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP, the granting of the market management brand name to the market management force is carried out as follows:

1. The market management badge is a symbol representing positions and positions in the market management agencies at all levels, mounted on the shoulder of the market manager's shirt.

2. Level of market management brand used for spring - summer, autumn - winter wear, overcoat includes:

a) The market manager badge is mounted on the shoulder of a trapezoidal shirt, with a small, tapered end, three sides including the length and a tapered end (small end) with a yellow border. The background is black and blue, the fabric surface has embossed veins;

b) Buttons on branded grade: small head of metal button correction; above the button is a 5-pointed star floating, close to the edge is bordered by 2 rice flowers, 2 rice stalks attached with the shape of a cog wheel on the surface have the words "QLTT", curved in the curve of the half rim. 

Civil servants holding leadership positions use yellow buttons.

Civil servants who do not hold leadership positions use silver buttons;

c) Metal shield and twig emblem on insignia background:

The shield icon is located on a circular background, on the shield is the stylized word “DMS”; round outer edge with wheels. From the circle and shield icon is a pine branch reaching to the sides and up.

Civil servants holding leadership positions: use yellow shield and pine branches.

Civil servants who do not hold leadership positions: use silver shield and pine branches;

d) Copy of the badge showing the leadership position in yellow metal, embossed. The star is placed in a vertical line in the middle of the badge background, between the shield icon, the pine branch, and the badge button.

The badge of the Director General of the General Department of Market Management is attached with 02 stars with a diameter of 26 mm.

The badge of the Deputy General Director of the General Department of Market Management is attached with 01 star with a diameter of 26 mm.

Titles of the Director, Director and equivalent positions; Heads of departments, captains and equivalent positions are attached with 02 stars with a diameter of 22 mm.

Titles of Deputy Director, Deputy Director and equivalent positions; Deputy Head, Vice Captain and equivalent positions are attached with 01 star with a diameter of 22 mm.

The insignia of civil servants who do not hold a leading position are not attached with a star;

dd) Marking line: metal marking line, mounted at the square end of the badge base.

The badges of leaders of Departments, Departments and equivalent positions are attached with 02 yellow horizontal lines.

The badges of the leaders of the Division, the Market Management Team and similar positions are attached with a yellow horizontal line.

The badges of civil servants who do not hold leadership positions are attached with silver lines, including: Senior market controller and equivalent, with 03 horizontal lines; The main controller of the market and the equivalent shall attach 02 horizontal lines; Market controller and equivalent attach 01 horizontal bar; The intermediate market controller and equivalent shall attach 01 horizontal "V"-shaped bar;

e) Marks attached to the collars of spring - summer, autumn - winter clothes, overcoats:

The badge is attached to a parallelogram collar, surrounded by a yellow border. The background is black and blue, the fabric surface has embossed veins; In the center is a metal Market Manager badge.

The form of the badge attached to the collar is shown in Appendix I issued with this Decree;

g) Forms of insignia of civil servants holding leading and non-leadership positions are shown in Appendix I to this Decree.

3. Apprentice civil servants are not allowed to use the badge on the shoulder of the market manager uniform.
