Educating adolescents and children about cultural lifestyles on the cyberspace by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Vietnam

Based on Subsection 5, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 311/QD-TTg 2022, the regulations on educating adolescents and children about cultural lifestyles on the cyberspace by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Vietnam are  stipulated as follows:

5. Ministry of Home Affairs

Develop implementation plans for the Program; coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee to annually inspect and evaluate the implementation of the Program, organize a mid-term review of the Program in 2025, summarize, and propose the construction of the next phase plan in 2030.

Educating adolescents and children about cultural lifestyles on the cyberspace by the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs in Vietnam

Based on Subsection 6, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 311/QD-TTg 2022, the regulations on educating adolescents and children about cultural lifestyles on the cyberspace by the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

6. Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs

a) Take the lead in implementing tasks and solutions for revolutionary ideological education, ethics, and cultural lifestyle on cyberspace for students in vocational education institutions under its management scope.

b) Develop plans to implement the Program; provide guidance, inspect, monitor, and evaluate the results of implementing the Program in vocational education institutions under its management scope.

c) Develop implementation plans for the Program; coordinate annual inspections and evaluations of the implementation of the Program, organize a mid-term review of the Program in 2025, summarize, and propose the construction of the next phase plan in 2030.

Educating adolescents and children about cultural lifestyles on the cyberspace by the Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of National Defense in Vietnam

Based on Subsection 8, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 311/QD-TTg 2022, the regulations on educating adolescents and children about cultural lifestyles on the cyberspace by the Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of National Defense in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

8. Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Defense

a) Implement activities to protect the Party's ideological foundation; organize activities to combat and refute distorted, fabricated, false information, negative factors that affect youths, adolescents, and children on cyberspace.

b) Review, coordinate with service providers to remove channels disseminating negative content, false information, distortion, incitement, negative impact on youths, adolescents, children, and the online environment.

c) Coordinate in training specialized personnel for cyber activities to serve the task of educating youth, adolescents, and children.

d) Coordinate in detecting, handling the exploitation of cyberspace to commit acts that harm youths, adolescents, children according to legal regulations.

dd) Develop plans to implement the Program; coordinate in reviewing the Program in 2025, summarize, and propose the construction of the next phase plan in 2030.
