a) To lead or participate in the development of scripts, staging, and directing of theatrical and film works and programs with ideological and artistic value; of large and medium scale. Evaluate, analyze, and process scripts: build director's ideas, scene scripts, choreography, music; choose actors, collaborators;

b) To direct the acting of actors, guide collaborators, and coordinate with relevant people to unify creative ideas, ensuring the process of completing works and programs;

c) To develop plans and propose measures for staging and production; collect necessary materials and documents to support the staging of works and programs; organize the review, improvement, and handover of works and programs;

d) To summarize the experiences of the works and programs that have been staged and the artistic trends; build and shape the unity of the artistic style of the unit; follow up on the social impact of the works and programs after being released to the public in order to continue to improve and perfect the works and programs.
