Pursuant to Article 4 of the Circular 15/2019/TT-BQP stipulating principles of activities of patrolling, inspecting, controlling and handling violations of Vietnam Coast Guard as follows:
1. Comply with the guidelines, lines and policies of the Party, the State's laws, the provisions of this Circular, and other provisions of law related to patrolling, inspection, control and handling violations of the law at sea.
2. To prevent and strictly handle all law violations, contributing to ensuring security, order and safety at sea.
3. Officers and soldiers of the Vietnam Coast Guard, when performing tasks of patrolling, inspecting, controlling and handling violations at sea, must wear uniforms as prescribed by law and the Ministry of National Defense.
What are requirements for officers and soldiers of the Vietnam Coast Guard engaged in patrolling, inspection and control activities in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Circular 15/2019/TT-BQP stipulating requirements for officers and soldiers of the Vietnam Coast Guard engaged in patrolling, inspection and control activities in Vietnam as follows:
1. Have a respectful, proper, and culturally appropriate attitude when dealing with agencies, organizations and individuals.
2. Create favorable conditions for agencies, organizations, individuals and ships to operate legally at sea.
3. Do not take advantage of your working position to make profit.
4. It is strictly forbidden to take advantage of patrol, inspection and control to harass and cause troubles to people; infringe upon the interests of the State, legitimate rights and interests of agencies, organizations or individuals or cover, tolerate, or abet other illegal acts.
