Pursuant to Article 16 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022 (effective January 1, 2024) stipulates the above content as follows:

Forms of organization of emulations

1. Forms of organization of emulations include:

a) Regular emulation;

b) Thematic emulation.

2. The scope of emulation organization:

a) On a nationwide scale;

b) Within Ministries, departments, central authorities, unions, or administrative divisions;

c) Within emulation clusters and blocks organized by Emulation-Commendation Councils at all levels;

d) Within agencies, organizations, or units.

2. What are latest regulations on emulation movement organization content in Vietnam? 

Pursuant to Article 17 of the above legal document, specifically:

Emulation movement organization content

1. Determination of objectives, scale, subjects, contents, criteria, time, plans, and measures to organize emulation movements.

2. Launch and implementation of emulation movements.

3. Emulation movement inspection.

4. Dissemination, detection, advanced training, and expansion of advanced models.

5. Preliminary, summary, and commendation.
