Article 4. Rights and obligations of collaborators

1. To participate in professional training and retraining in the examination, review and systematization of documents.

2. To be provided with documents and necessary conditions to serve the inspection, review and systematization of documents as prescribed in the cooperation contract.

3. Collaborators are entitled to the mode of funding for their activities in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice and on the basis of a contract with the user agency.

4. In the course of performing tasks, collaborators have the right to request agencies employing collaborators to provide full information about documents to be checked and reviewed.

5. Ensure the accuracy and objectivity in checking their documents, ensuring the deadlines specified in the contract or at the request of the agency employing the collaborators.

6. Comply with the provisions of law on examination of legal documents and this Regulation.

7. Report on the progress of work when required and after finishing the work; provide complete records, results of examination and review, systematize documents in electronic and printed files to agencies employing collaborators under cooperation contracts.

8. Keep work secret.

Article 5. Rights and obligations of agencies employing collaborators

1. Pay full remuneration and per diem for collaborators according to regulations.

2. To use the collaborators' work results according to their work requirements.

Article 6: General Provisions
