5. Administration of Finance

- Assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Customs Statistics and Information Technology Department in proposing and ensuring funding for the implementation of the tasks of the Customs Digital Transformation Plan.

- On the basis of the overall requirements for smart electronic equipment according to the requirements of digital transformation, the Department of Finance shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant units in developing a Master Plan on investment in modern and technological equipment for the period 2021 - 2025 in line with the Digital Transformation Plan of the Customs sector with orientation to 2025 and orientation to 2030.

- On the basis of the overall requirements of smart electronic equipment for internal administration, the Department of Finance and Administration shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant units in developing a Master Plan on investment in modern and comprehensive technological equipment for the period 2021 - 2025 in line with the Digital Transformation Plan of the Customs sector with orientation to 2025 and orientation to 2030.
