1. Responsibilities

Stockpile security guards are law enforcement officers at State Reserve Sub-Departments, performing the duty of patrolling, guarding, and guarding in the area of ​​the national stockpile and ensuring the safety of national reserves according to the law.

2. Mission

a) Supervise import and export activities; guide and inspect people and vehicles in and out of the reserve area according to regulations (check papers, export and import slips and enter the monitoring books);

b) Carry out patrol and guard duty in the warehouse area under their management during the shift according to the agency's protection regulations; ensure the safe preservation of national treasures and goods;

c) Make a record, organize the protection of the scene as prescribed when there is a violation of safety, security and order in the warehouse area; timely report to superiors and functional agencies for handling;

d) Participate in the formulation of plans for fire prevention and fighting and prevention of floods and storms in the warehouse area under its management. Coordinate with regional police, neighboring agencies and relevant individuals to organize the implementation of plans as prescribed;

d) Maintain secrecy and well implement confidentiality regulations on national reserve assets and goods.

3. Standards of professional and professional competence

a) Have the ability to perform the function of supervising the import and export activities of goods accurately in accordance with the regulations of the agency and the State;

b) Be capable of recording in a specific, clear and accurate log book of people and vehicles entering and leaving the warehouse;

c) Be proficient in the use of equipped fire prevention and fighting equipment.

4. Standards of training and retraining qualifications

a) Have a high school diploma or higher;

b) Have a certificate of professional training in fire prevention and fighting.

a) Understand the basic issues of laws, regimes and policies related to national reserve work, administrative reform program, development strategy of the national reserve industry;

b) Firmly grasp the regulations and operating procedures in the preservation and preservation of national reserve goods; identify, inspect and determine the categories of imported and exported goods in terms of standards, quality and quantity in accordance with the prescribed order and procedures;

c) Master and be skilled in the use of technical equipment, measuring equipment in service of the process of delivery, receipt and preservation of national reserve goods;

d) Be capable of making clear and coherent records and books for the import and export of national reserez goods according to the State's regulations;

dd) Proficiently use office equipment and other equipment to serve requirements of tasks.

4. Standards of professional qualifications and training

Possess a college degree or higher with a major in economics or engineering that is relevant to the job position's requirements.
