Duration of the Certificate of Legal Practice Apprenticeship Result Examination?
Article 15 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP guiding the legal practice apprenticeship issued by the Minister of Justice (Effective from January 25, 2022) stipulates regarding participants of the legal practice apprenticeship result examination, specifically as follows:

The Executive Committee of the Bar Association where the apprenticeship is registered shall make a list and propose for the participation in the legal practice apprenticeship result examination for the cases specified in Points a and b, Clause 1 of this Article.
Those who pass the examination shall be granted a Certificate of Legal Practice Apprenticeship Result Examination. The certificate is valid for a period of 05 years from the date of issuance. After the 05-year period from the date of issuance of the certificate, if the person who passed the examination does not apply for the Practicing Lawyer Certificate, they must retake the legal practice apprenticeship result examination as stipulated by this Circular.

=> Thus, the Certificate of Legal Practice Apprenticeship Result Examination is valid for a period of 5 years.
Is there a limit to the number of times for the legal practice apprenticeship examination?
Clause 5, Article 15 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP guiding the legal practice apprenticeship issued by the Minister of Justice (Effective from January 25, 2022) stipulates:
Those who do not pass the 03 result examinations for the apprenticeship shall not be allowed to retake the examination and must register for the apprenticeship again according to the provisions of Article 5 of this Circular.
=> Thus, according to the above regulations, the number of attempts to pass the legal practice apprenticeship examination is limited to 3 times. If one fails all 3 attempts, they must undergo the apprenticeship again to be eligible to continue registering for the legal practice apprenticeship examination.
