Uniforms, Police Insignia, Flag, Rank, Badge, and Identification Card of the Mobile Police

Pursuant to Article 24 of the Law on Mobile Police 2022 (effective from January 1, 2023), the regulations are as follows:

1. The Mobile Police use uniforms, police insignia, flag, rank, badge, and identification card of the People's Public Security as prescribed by the Law on People's Public Security.

2. The Mobile Police have their own badge, special operations certificate, training uniforms, and combat uniforms.

3. The Minister of Public Security prescribes in detail Clause 2 of this Article.

Regimes and Policies for Officers and Soldiers of the Mobile Police

Article 25 of this Law prescribes the policies for officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police as follows:

1. Officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police are entitled to policies and regimes as provided by law for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security.

2. Officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police during active service are entitled to preferential policies and specific policies suitable to the nature of their duties and operational areas.

3. Officers of the Mobile Police are provided with official residences.

4. The Government of Vietnam prescribes in detail Clause 2 of this Article.
